- If you cannot find the answer in the documentation above, please send a support request by following these instructions: Click on “gpg4o – GPG for Outlook” (1.), after that on “gpg4o-Help” (2.), finally in the next window on “Contact support…” (3.). You will receive an information about what will be in the log files. After you click “OK” you will be presented a preconfigured email with the log files as attachments.Please tell us all about your question or problem.
